Dear Mr. Trettain,
In response to your letter last Thursday regarding the problem with your tandem watercraft vehicle, our service department has identified the problem. The problem was caused by water in the fuel line. This could have been caused by bad gasoline. This is unfortunately not an issue that is covered by our one-year manufactures warranty.
If you wish for us to perform the corrective maintenance of flushing your fuel lines, it will cost thirty-dollars.
